overall cleanliness left much to be desired. The furniture seemed poorly maintained, and the loud bathroom fan was quite bothersome. However, I appreciated the fridge and microwave, which added convenience during my stay.

The room was cozy with a comfortable king bed. The small table was a nice touch for relaxing. However, I was disappointed by the loud bathroom fan.

The bathroom exhaust fan is obnoxiously loud!!! Stained bedding paired with unkempt furniture shows a serious lack of care!!! Closed pool and broken amenities left a disappointing impression!!!

We recently visited this place with our kids and found the beds super comfy, which made our sleep amazing. The staff was friendly and even helped us find some local spots to eat. Our teens loved the little table for gaming!

For dads, it would be great if the bathroom had better soundproofing.

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to fix my TV, which made my stay much more enjoyable. I also appreciated the little table in the room, adding a cozy touch perfect for relaxing.

The bedding felt clean, and the room had a comfortable bed with a fridge and microwave that made snacks easy. The TV worked well, with tons of channels to choose from. I appreciated the little table in the room, adding a cozy touch. On the downside, the heater unit was broken, and we had to rely on a portable one. The shower was a hassle since it wouldn't stay in the hot position without holding the handle, and the floor definitely needed a better cleaning. The room we booked had a double queen setup instead of the king bed we requested. Stained bedding and issues with the bathroom door not closing added to the discomfort.

It was just a great fit for a short visit in Cedar City with great value. The staff helped us get the TV working, which was nice. Bring your own snacks since breakfast options are minimal.

A couple of the chairs in the room had noticeable stains, and there wasn’t a hair dryer available, which would have been helpful.
